Only 15 minutes drive (12 kms) and you're in the heart of Noosa's famous Hasting Street. Relax on the beach, shop to your hearts content, savour Noosa's fine cuisine, play a round of golf, or maybe you would prefer a leisurely stroll around the scenic National Park, and catch a glimpse of the dolphins playing or possibly a koala up a tree - there is something for everyone in Noosa. Only 10 minutes drive in the opposite direction and you are in historic Eumundi exploring the famous markets on every Saturday and Wednesday.
There are so many scenic and interesting places to visit - picturesque Monteville and Maleny in the hinterland, historic Pomona, the magnificent beaches from Sunshine beach stretching down to Maroochydore and beyond, climbing Mt Coolum or Mt Timberwah. Or plan a trip up the The Great Sandy National Park, stretching for 60km, featuring the Coloured Sands and Rainbow Beach on your way to Fraser Island. If you have a boat or you can always hire one, you can explore the beautiful waterways of the Noosa River and Everglades taking in Lake Cooroibah, Lake Cootharaba on the way to Boreen Point.
