Inclusions/cleaning
Linen, pillows, doonas and bath towels are provided but you can always bring your favourite pillow for sleeping
Coffee, tea, milk on arrival, sugar, toilet paper, washing up and cleaning products, tea towels etc also provided
For bookings of more than 7 days, fresh sheets and towels are supplied. Additional cleaning can be arranged for an extra charge (please enquire if required)
Just bring your own beach towels
Additional equipment can be arranged at extra cost if required

What you need to bring
Food and wine for self catering. (Coffee, tea, milk on arrival, sugar, toilet paper, washing up and cleaning products, tea towels are supplied.) Coles and Woolworths are in Noosa and for your convenience there is a local store with basic items about 2kms down Sunrise Road towards Timbeewah and a fruit barn on the Noosa Eumundi Road
DVDs, videos and CDs
Beach items including beach towels and umbrella, sunscreen etc.

Check in
Check in time is 2pm on day of arrival
Check out time is by 11am on day of departure
Early check in or late check out can possibly be arranged at additional cost if the property is available. Please enquire if this is required

Bookings/Payment
Half deposit (50%) is required at time of booking
Full payment is due 14 days prior to holiday arrival to secure your holiday.
A $500 bond is required by credit card authorisation.
Cheque, money order, direct deposit or Visa/Mastercard are accepted
Booking confirmation of your holiday will be emailed once the deposit and the Booking Confirmation form, completed and signed has been received. The booking confirmation will provide property details, balance outstanding and required payment date will be emailed within 2 working days of receipt of deposit.

Cancellation
In the event of cancellation All refunds are discretionary:
Prior 14 days( High season Prior 30 days) – no refund will be given unless the property is re-let to cover the dates of your booking and at the same tariff less a 12% administration fee
Within 14 days - All monies will be forfeited unless the property is re-let to cover the dates of your booking and at the same tariff less a 12% administration fee
Within 7 days – no refund is given

House Standards
Number of guests not to exceed 6 unless previously arranged in writing
All tenants must be over 18 years of age unless accompanied by an adult. ID may be required.
Parties/functions are strictly prohibited The rental rates are for domestic use only
Noise levels must be kept to a normal residential level
Damage, breakages, theft or loss of house inventory are the tenant’s responsibility during their stay
The owners take no responsibility for the theft or loss/damage of tenant’s personal property
Smoking is prohibited inside the house. If smoking outside, please dispose of cigarette butts appropriately
